How to Apply

1. Prep nails with CND base coat, shellac or vinylux depending on system.
2. Apply thin coat of Steel Kisses, cure Shellac under LED or UV lamp.
3. Apply second coat for full coverage, cure Shellac again if using gel.
4. Seal with CND top coat and cure Shellac or allow Vinylux to air dry.
