Crazy Color Rapid Toner Ice Queen 5 100ml is a toner with a cool blue base. It takes pre-lightened Level 8 to 10 hair to a cool silver or icy blonde in as little as 5 minutes. You can use it on its own, or as a pre-tone before semi-permanent colour so the colour lasts longer.

Features

Cool blue base neutralises yellow and orange warmth on pre-lightened hair
Develops in 5 minutes, or up to 20 minutes for an intense silver grey
Mix 1:2 with Crazy Color Cream Developer 6 Vol (10 Vol maximum)
Dilute to 1:3 or 1:4 for a softer, minimised colour deposit
Creamy vegan formula with shea butter, grapeseed oil and sunflower oil
Up to 9 applications per 100ml tube at the standard 1:2 ratio
Lasts up to 8 washes and fades without leaving noticeable undertones
